Just about 40 miles Northwest of Tampa, off I-19, lies the Sponge Docks of Tarpon Springs. Great sights and shops await you in this Greek Themed city by the bay. Stroll down Dodecaneese Blvd., flanked on the right by the boat docks where you can board a sponge boat for a short trip into the bay, or board a tour boat for a ride that last over an hour.

On the inland side of Dodecaneese Blvd you'll find dozens of shops full of gifts and souveniers, and located centrally is the Sponge Exchange, once a keystone to the sponge diver industry, now the home to dozens of boutiques and novelty shops.

Of course there's lots of restaurants where you can dine on fine Greek recipes as well as standard American fare.

Nitelife includes Zorba's, where they feature greek food, music and belly dancing.
