Our hide-away ironing boards eliminates the drudgery of ironing clothes the old fashioned way. You know when you must find space to setup the "ironing board beast." Then you proceed to lookfor the iron and a convenient electrical outlet.You've ironed your first garment and are ready for the next, but where do you hang it. Now you've finished ironing and must take time to fold up the ironing board and put it back into its storage location. Ah, yes leaving the iron on the counter to cool, and then finally after the cool down putting the iron in a safe place. Sounds as if it's certainly a chore in deed! NOT ANYMORE ! The premium length 46" or 42" board coupled with the adjustable swivel creates the overall maximum flexibility that you would want in an ironing board. A swivel board allows for a 90 degree left/right turn of the board creating the flexibility that may be necessary in confined areas. Available on AS461AU and A421AU models only. 60 Minute Solid State, Silent Timer (available on all electrical units) No reason to worry if you're temporarily called away or unable to continue your ironing! The solid-state, silent timer offers safety and convenience on the Model A-42 and Model A-46. Just set the dial to the desired time. The On/Off indicator will let you know the power is on. Power shuts off automatically once the time has expired. If you're called away, just place your hot iron into the hot iron storage and lift the board into the upright position, the electrical safety switch disconnects power instantly. AVAILABLE ON ALL BUT NON-ELECTRIC MODEL Our metal ventilated board differentiates itself from the earlier wooden ironing boards. The traditional built-in wooden board only needed to be hard for the dry irons of the day. Today’s advanced steam irons are designed to project bursts of steam to penetrate deep into the fabric. Using them on a wooden ironing board causes condensation on the board and hot spots when ironing. Our metal ventilated board allows this steam to pass through the fabric keeping the surface dryer and providing a more even-heated ironing surface. MORE FEATURES BELOW

		Electrical Cord Cover with Restraint (not shown) or Electrical Cord Wrap with Restraint (shown) These features allow for only the amount of cord required to iron by using the electrical cord cover or wrap. You can easily guide the iron and eliminate the excess cord from getting in your way. Electrical Cord Cover comes standard on the Model A-46. The electrical cord wrap comes standard on the Model A-42.
		Premium Hot Iron Storage Not only is it convenient to store your iron inside the unit, but the location keeps the iron out of children’s reach. There’s no reason to let your iron cool down, the insulated heat shield allows for immediate shelving. 		Garment Bar ...more than just a few garments to iron. The garment bar can hold multiple clothes hangers, making it more convenient to perform continuous ironing. This feature is available on AS461AU and A461AU A421AU and NE421AU come with single coat hook

Our spotlight will enhance your ability to iron out those sometimes hard to spot creases and crevices not found when ironing garments in insufficiently lit areas.
