have created the following Return Policy on ALL ITEMS.

1.) No purchased item may be returned without a "Return Goods Authorization". All items returned without such authorization shall be refused and the shipper will be liable for return shipping. If you have a return request, please e-mail: Dencities@aol.com for an Authorization, describing the reason for the return. 2.) Returns are at the discretion of Dencities or the manufacturer of the product. E-mail inquiries to: Dencities@aol.com Non-Defective returns, if allowed, must: Be received within 15 days of the buyers physical receipt of merchandise Be in "Salable" condition (repacked exactly as delivered, in original shipping container) Be freight pre-paid Be accompanied by RGA Number Be accompanied by Original Receipt We reserve the right to charge up to10% to 25% Restocking Fee (Saddles require 25%) , and Original Shipping Charges. 3.) Refused or cancelled orders: Any refused order is subject to up to 25% Restocking Fee, a 4% Processing Fee, and Original Shipping Charges. Any Canceled Order (once processed) is treated the same as a refused order above. 4.) Dencities reserves the right to ammend or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
