CITY OF DENS RETURN POLICY

Dencities, and The City of Dens, in an attempt to maintain the lowest possible prices for our customers,
have created the following Return Policy on ALL ITEMS.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices subject to change without notice.
Dencities is not responsible for typographical errors.

1.) No purchased item may be returned without a "Return Goods Authorization".
All items returned without such authorization shall be refused and the shipper will be liable for return shipping.
If you have a return request, please e-mail: Dencities@aol.com for an Authorization, describing the reason for the return.

2.) Returns are at the discretion of Dencities or the manufacturer of the product.

Non-Defective returns, if allowed, must:

Be received within 15 days of the buyers physical receipt of merchandise
Be in "Salable" condition
Be freight pre-paid
Be accompanied by RGA Number
Be accompanied by Original Receipt

We reserve the right to charge up to 25% Restocking Fee, a 4% Processing Fee, and Original Shipping Charges.
PLEASE NOTE:
Some Stainless Steel Sinks require repacking for shipping. This repacking charge is non-refundable

3.) Refused or cancelled orders:

Any refused order is subject to up to 25% Restocking Fee, a 4% Processing Fee, and Shipping Charges.

Any Canceled Order (once processed) is treated the same as a refused order above.

4.) Dencities reserves the right to ammend or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
